ABO Rankings - Men
DIVISIONS
ABO Regional title bouts will be 6 rds. All other will be 8 to 10 rds, in example North, South, Americas and Intercontinental. Three minute rounds for men, two minute rounds for women. An ABO Regional Champion can defend the title against any fighter in his or her region that is deemed worthy by the regions Local Boxing Commission. All ABO Champions will be rated by the ABO Chairs at numbers 1 to 5 If a Regional Champion moves into the ABO top five , the regional title will be vacated.
All new champions have 6 months to defend, if you don't defend you will be stripped.
Please be advised that some State Commissions only allow 8-10 round State or other Championship bouts. We have to adhere to their rules and regulations.
